Before coaching, I built my career in leadership and consulting roles across Tech, E-commerce, and Travel — including Google during its hyper-growth years in Europe.
I've led teams, supported companies through periods of growth, and worked with organisations to:

I'm a strong advocate of remote work and consider myself a global citizen, having lived and worked in six countries and supported teams across multiple cultures and time zones.
