In my career, I've been fortunate to learn from great leaders, mentors, and inspiring individuals. But surprisingly, some of my most interesting lessons came from my painting teacher.

🖼️ Vision before Execution: We often think that having an extensive array of tools and techniques is essential for success - we always fear we do not know enough. However, the most vital factor in creating something beautiful is the ability to see it clearly before us. After all, "What you see is what you get."
This principle holds true in both your professional and personal life. Focus on defining your vision before jumping into the 'how.' Resist rushing; give priority to the intention.
🎨 The Power of Perspective: Don't get lost in the details too soon, it's easy to invest a lot of time and energy, only to find that the result lacks cohesion.
Learn to zoom in and out on everything you do. Step back, take a fresh look, and adapt. Often, we become stuck, unable to see how our actions fit into the bigger picture.
It's the synergy of the whole that matters.
🖌️ Embrace Experimentation: We often hinder our progress by fearing mistakes. Perfection isn't always the best goal. It's about progress and each subsequent layer that makes things better: winning lies in the incremental gains.
Don't let fear hold you back from making bold choices, there's no error too big that a stroke of the brush can't fix.
Go out and try; you have a palette full of possibilities at your disposal, and you'll craft a masterpiece filled with beauty and purpose.
